We here at Anime Immersion have been working very hard on creating the new website, that should be released at the end of this year. We appoligize for not updating the current site, and hope that all our loyal members will stay with us, and visit periodically, waiting for the new site. We were going to continue using the current website we had, until we outgrew it, and that time has come. In creating the new trivia, newsletter, and personal pages areas, we noticed that we need to make the leap, and create a new website for scratch. Currently we are about 60% complete with the new website, and should be realesing the the new around december. Currently the new site offers:

Personal Pages: just like my space. Create your own page on Anime Immersion, and have your freinds visit it from anywhere on the web.

Trivia Engine: Think you know alot about anime, well step up and test your skills with our new trivia engine, currently we have 1000 trivia questions, and the list grows every time Jon watches a new anime.

Newsletter Engine: Check out the newest copy of the Anime Immersion monthly newsletter, which covers the most recent conventions, newly released anime series, and has a nice little comic strip in the middle, to help you see the newest blood in the anime industry.

Credit System: This is the main reason we are developing the new site, as with the new system we will be able to reward our loyal customer with enhancements to every aspect of the site, like lets say you like the trivia engine, and answer 10 questions correctly, well then you have just increased your credit score by 10, so if you wannted, you can purchase aditional functions for your personal page, or join the most recent give away (if the giveaway is a 10pt giveaway). More information to come on the credit system as it is developed and completed.

So as you can see we haven't abonded you, and we still wish to provide you with the most up to date anime new and information on the web, please just stay paitent, and stick with us, the new website will surprise you all :)

Thanks again for remaining loyal in this time of transition.

Hey everyone!

Just a reminder for all of you con goers out there that AX 2007 will be held at Long Beach this year and that means saving up. I'm talking crazy hotel rates and taxes.(Long Beach has one of the highes t tax rates in Los Angeles a toppling 10%!) Being a veteran of AX (10yrs yay) I suggest getting your rooms right after the Christmas season. Here is an excellent site that you can book from I've used them before their not bad http://longbeach.cityhotelservice.com/. I'm not advertising it its just that its got alot of good information on where exactally these hotels are located so your not walking miles to the convention center. Be very careful to bring lots of cash & cards because if I remeber correctly there is only a McDonalds and everything else is sitdown resturants , beautiful sitdown resturants with ugly gratuity....(yeah... I was dumb and had this party over 10 ppl at that brewery next to the Renaissance... 25% ouch!@#$) I hope this helps everyone out. If you need any help with finding hotels just yell and I'm welling to help. Good luck and Happy Birthday AX Big bad 15yr old!
